Service is priority one.
Customers are always greeted with a friendly smile and treated with courtesy.
Customers will find the two owners knowledgeable of electrical, plumbing, heating, pest control and general household maintenance repairs.
You will not be handed-off to someone else.
If the product needed to fix a problem is not on the shelf, the customer will be given an alternative solution or advised where the item might be found.
